How we work as your subcontractor

1. You send the listing address and the shoot day.
2. We file FAA paperwork in advance.
3. We arrive at a window you set, typically 30 minutes before your interior shoot wraps.
4. Flight runs 30 to 90 minutes for a single luxury home.
5. Raw files delivered the same day. Edits delivered on your turnaround.
6. Invoice goes to you, not the listing agent. White-label friendly.

How we set photographer-account rates

We work as your aerial subcontractor under a standing photographer agreement, not a public rate sheet. Rates are quoted per partnership based on your typical listing volume, the deliverable spec you need, turnaround expectations, and the liability assignment your firm requires. We do not publish photographer-account rates because every photography business is set up differently and a published number would either underprice your sophistication or overprice a smaller volume account.

Standing accounts welcome
