Events We Cover
- Concerts and music festivals: Aerial establishing shots, stage flyovers during soundcheck, crowd coverage, and venue context. Coordinated with your production manager on approved flight windows.
- Corporate events and brand activations: Product launches, outdoor activations, and conferences with exterior components. Formatted for social, internal communications, and marketing archives.
- Sporting events: Endurance events, outdoor competitions, and stadium perimeter shots. Coordinated with race directors and venue security.
- Film and TV coverage of live events: We provide the aerial unit that integrates with your camera package and post workflow.
FAA Waivers for Flying Over Crowds
Flying over crowds requires an FAA Part 107 waiver. This is not optional. Operators who fly without a waiver expose the event organizer, venue, and themselves to significant liability.
Drone Tech Aerial manages FAA waiver applications for crowd coverage. The process typically requires 30 to 90 days depending on event type and airspace. We advise on timeline during the initial consultation.
Live Feed Capability
For events requiring real-time aerial feeds, we can configure the Inspire 3 for live video output to your broadcast or streaming infrastructure. Requires pre-production coordination with your technical director.
Event Safety
We conduct site surveys before each event, identify emergency landing zones, establish no-fly corridors near crowd concentrations, and brief event staff on safety protocols. Our safety documentation meets the requirements of major event insurance carriers.
