FAA Part 107 licensed aerial documentation for plaintiffs’ counsel, defense counsel, insurance adjusters, and property owners.
Aerial imagery becomes evidence only if it can survive scrutiny. A photograph of a burned parcel is a picture. The same frame, flown under a documented FAA authorization, GPS-tagged, with original metadata intact and a flight log signed by the pilot in command, is a record. Everything in this practice group is built around that difference.
Practice areas
Wildfire litigation. Our primary practice area within this group. We work with national plaintiffs’ counsel on Southern California wildfire class actions, including matters against Southern California Edison, and with local counsel on individual property loss and personal injury cases. Property loss and insurance claims. Condition documentation for adjusters and property owners, including parcels where ground access is limited or unsafe.
Before-and-after condition records. Dated aerial records of a property at two points in time, for claims and for disputes over what changed and when.
Premises liability and personal injury. Scene documentation where the geometry of a site, sight lines, grade, distances, and layout, is easier to establish from above than from the ground.
