For properties larger than 10 acres, hilltop estates that require complex blocking, dual-operator setups for layered coverage, or multi-day shoots. Pricing reflects rig configuration, crew size, and time on site.
Tier 3: Commercial Property and Master-Planned Developments
Custom proposal.
For shopping centers, hospitality assets, industrial property, multi-building portfolios, and developer marketing for master-planned communities. Pricing reflects scope, deliverable format, and ongoing-shoot relationships.

What we do not do

How much does real estate drone photography cost in Los Angeles?
Our single-property rate is $1,600 flat for a residential listing up to 10 acres, covering aerial stills, a short aerial reel, FAA filings where required, and insurance. Larger acreage, hilltop estates that need dual-operator coverage, and commercial property are quoted per project.
What is delivered, and how fast?
15 to 25 edited aerial stills sized for the MLS and a 30 to 60 second aerial reel, delivered within five business days of the shoot. Raw files are not the final product.
Are permits and airspace filings included?
Yes. FAA plan-of-activities and NOTAM filings are included where the location requires them, including coastal Malibu and controlled airspace across the Westside. The pilot holds an FAA Part 107 certificate.
Do you bundle interior photography with the aerials?
No. We do not bundle aerial with interior photography. If the listing needs both, we schedule alongside your interior photographer, and listing photographers who want an aerial subcontractor can see the for photographers page.
