Integration philosophy is the discipline requirement. Most drone operators are vendors that production has to coordinate with. We run the aerial unit as a department of the camera team. Pre-production permits and LAANC authorizations are handled in-house. On-set comms are tied to the 1st AD. Dailies are delivered through the DIT workflow alongside A-camera.
